A woman has been charged after she allegedly walked into a high school to promote her Instagram. Who is Audrey Nicole Francisquini?
In 2021, everyone wants to gain Instagram followers, and there are a few different ways to do it.
You could grow your followers the natural way, by posting photos and engaging with other users. Alternatively, you could buy your followers, but nobody likes bots.
Or, you could walk into a high school dressed as a teen and hand out flyers to promote your profile. Wait, what? Yes, a woman allegedly actually did that, and now she’s been charged.
She’s called Audrey Nicole Francisquini, and here’s exactly what happened…
Who is Audrey Nicole Francisquini?
Audrey Nicole Francisquini is a 28-year-old woman from Florida.
The Washington Post has reported that she was once a police officer in DeKalb County, Georgia, but lost her job when she was arrested and accused of hacking into another officer’s social media account in 2017.
Now, she works in sales for Carnival Cruises.
What did she do?
Audrey allegedly walked into a high school in Miami this week to promote her Instagram, the BBC reports.
The arrest report obtained by WSVN states that she was allegedly filming herself whilst handing out flyers to students that asked them to follow her Instagram profile.

Audrey reportedly fled the scene after being challenged by school security but was later tracked down using her Instagram handle.
