Jerry Springer, the renowned television host has passed away at the age of 79 and we take a look at where the broadcaster was living in 2023 as well as where he was born.
Jerry’s representative Linda Shafran revealed that Jerry had died on Thursday, April 27. The television star died after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer.

Where did Jerry Springer live?
Jerry was living in suburban Chicago at the time of his death.
However, he lived in many different places throughout his life including London, Queens (New York), and Cincinnati (Ohio).
As a young man, Jerry studied political science at New Orleans’ Tulane University. He then got a law degree from Northwestern University, thus spending considerable time in Illinois.
He also served as the 56th mayor of Cincinnati.

He was born Gerald Norman Springer in 1944, in London, England’s underground railway station. At the time the station was being used as a bomb shelter as World War II was still raging. His parents were German Jews who came escaped to England during the holocaust.
Jerry’s other relatives had been killed in the gas chambers.
His family came to the United States when Jerry was five and lived in Queens borough of New York City.

Jerry appeared on season 3 of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars in 2006. He partnered up with pro dancer pro-Kym Johnson.
The former politician wasn’t the strongest contender that season and his scores averaged at 20.8. However, he had a strong fan base and his fans’ votes got him to the top 5.
On the show, the late former judge Len Goodman once revealed to the audiences that Jerry was hoping to stay long enough on the show that he could waltz and dance it at his daughter’s wedding.
