According to the department of police, Samuel Wayne Bolling Jr., 38, and Dayla Diane Ferrer, 19, have both been charged with felony counts of kidnapping and aggravated robbery and are being held without release at the Garland County jail.
According to an Amber Alert issued early Tuesday, Case and another coworker left the bakery and walked to their cars parked a block away. An unknown female approached them as they stood near a parked car.
Officer Omar Cervantes, a spokesman for the Hot Springs Police Department, confirmed the two were arrested early Wednesday in connection with the disappearance of Trynytee Case, 17, near the Pour Some Sugar.
Dayla Diane Ferrer And Samuel Wayne Bolling Arrested For Teen Kidnaping
According to the press release, detectives captured Samuel Wayne Bolling and Dayla Diane Ferrer just over two hours later when they were found in the 4800 block of Central Avenue and arrested without incident.
A coworker attempted to call Case’s phone, but no one answered, according to prior reports. The coworker became concerned and called Case’s mother. The mother then attempted to call Case’s phone, according to a press release.
Everything is good, Case finally responded after repeated attempts. The phone then rang with what sounded like a man’s voice on it. According to allegations, police demanded $10,000 for her return or threatened to kill and tear up the youngster.
Bolling and Ferrer were arrested and brought to the Hot Springs Police Department, where they are being held without bond at the Garland County Detention Center.

The mug shots of both suspects in the kidnapping of a teen have been issued by the Hot Springs Police Department. Ferrer and Samuel are certain to have been involved in the kidnapping of the adolescent.
The alleged kidnapping of a local high school student as she left her employment at a downtown Hot Springs company Monday night sparked a statewide AMBER Alert Tuesday morning, but the girl was eventually discovered unhurt and is being questioned by detectives, according to Hot Springs police.
Officer 1st Class Omar Cervantes of the Hot Springs Police Department informed The Sentinel-Record that officers had spotted the vehicle soon before 10 p.m. and were conducting interviews.

The mysterious woman requested if she might use Case’s phone, claiming to be lost and staying on a property in Hot Springs with her parents.
The female then changed her mind and informed Case that she needed to use the GPS coordinates and that she should walk closer to the female’s car.
During this time, Case’s buddy said she would go collect her car, which was parked in the city’s parking garage. The notice stated that when the buddy returned to pick up the Case, she was nowhere to be seen.
The friend attempted to contact the victim but received no response. According to the report, the friend becomes panicked and phones the victim’s mother, who then tries to call the victim’s phone several times. The adolescent was kidnapped and threatened with death.
