He was raised in Oakland, California, and on his YouTube channel, he describes his upbringing as “complex.” Angry and depressed when his brother committed suicide, he embarked on a path of self-destruction.

Kali Muscle has been uploading films to YouTube for a long time, and some of his movies have even been shot while he was in prison. According to Kali, sodium-conscious folks were not “swole” in a 2015 film called ‘Cooking A High Calorie Meal.’
However, in 2021, the 46-year-old appeared to have received a wake-up call when he was hospitalized. According to a November 7th YouTube video, Kali claims he suffered a heart attack.
“For years, guy, I had a problem with oedema in my feet and ankles,” Kali remarked in the video, which could have indicated that he would eventually have a heart attack. However, when I was younger, I didn’t give it much thought. Ignoring those who say, “I ain’t got no heart problems,” is what we do as tough assholes.
“The left artery that provides blood to your left side of the heart has been obstructed one hundred percent,” a woman in the backdrop of the video said.
KALI MUSCLE TALKS ABOUT HIS HEART ATTACK
In the lead-up to Kali Muscle’s heart attack, he explained that he’d been to the dentist the day before, went home and took some painkillers and “chill out, went to bed and got suddenly woke up with chest pains.”
Kali said that the pains felt like heartburn so he went and took anything he cold for heartburn but it “wouldn’t subside for like two hours“.
His girlfriend said after two hours that he should go to the hospital and then once in the hospital, Kali said: “They were swift man, they were like we’ve gotta get you into surgery.“
He added: “Since a kid, I always had problems with my feet, with oedema and migraines real bad. I’ve always been concerned so I don’t wanna say it’s a wake-up call, the feet swelling would simmer down but it always was there. “
The bodybuilder explained that he didn’t have to be put under to have his heart procedure carried out and added: “This was an ongoing problem I ignored for at least 15 years.”
