Frank Abrokwa, an African-American guy from New York, is accused of spreading excrement on the face of a lady at a Bronx subway station late last month.
In that instance, Frank Abrokwa of the Bronx was detained and accused, was arraigned, and subsequently rearrested on hate crime charges in a previous incident in Brooklyn.
Frank was then freed. In the September 2021 case, Frank reportedly attacked a Jewish guy and shouted at him before pursuing him down the street, threatening to kill him and attempting to hit him.

Frank Abrokwa, a New Yorker, is accused of smearing feces on a woman’s face at a Bronx subway stop late last month.
Judge Wanda Licitra had the option of setting bail when Abrokwa was arraigned on Tuesday.
The charges against Abrokwa were not on the state’s list of bail-eligible offenses. Still, the law also provides for bail if a defendant is rearrested for causing injury to a person or property while other charges are pending.
Frank was also suspected of stealing a screwdriver in the Bronx last month and has two ongoing cases in Manhattan. Still, he was freed on his recognizance following his appearance on Wednesday.
Frank has to regularly check in with a supervised release office as his legal matters progress.

Frank Abrokwa was arrested 44 times between 1999 and 2021, with one felony conviction and ten misdemeanor convictions.
On January 7, 2022, Frank was arrested after reportedly striking a guy in the head many times at the 125th Street 2 and 3 rail stop in Harlem, Upper Manhattan, New York City.
Abrokwa was charged with third-degree assault, attempted third-degree assault, and second-degree harassment.
Abrokwa was arrested on February 5, 2022, after reportedly punching a guy, aged 53, at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Frank was charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment, two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment, three counts of third-degree assault, and three counts of third-degree attempted assault.
Abrokwa was arraigned on February 6, 2022, in connection with the offenses he allegedly committed on January 7, 2022, and February 5, 2022. Because the charges do not qualify for monetary bail, Abrokwa was freed.

The New York City Police Department detained Frank Abrokwa on February 28, 2022, at a homeless shelter on Bronx Boulevard in the Bronx for the offense he allegedly committed on February 21, 2022.
Frank was arrested and charged with harassment, disorderly behavior, threats, and forceful touching.
Abrokwa was freed without bond on March 1, 2022, for the offense he allegedly committed on February 21, 2022.
Soon later, NYPD investigators apprehended Abrokwa and charged him with harassment and threatening, both of which are hate crimes, for the attack on Minkowitz on September 9, 2021.
On March 2, 2022, Frank was freed because the new accusations against him did not qualify for bond under New York’s bail reform legislation. Frank is scheduled to appear in court on April 28, 2022.
