This technique will help you process your tomatoes into a powdered form so it can be kept for later use.
How To Make Powdered Tomatoes.
SUNDRY: fresh tomatoes is all you need.
Slice up the tomatoes unto 5 or 8 parts, put it on a tray, rack or sieve and then put the tomatoes under the sun to dry.
When properly dried, grind thoroughly and preserve for later use.
OVEN DRY: In places where you don’t have sufficient sunlight, you can use the oven to dry up the tomatoes.
After slicing the tomatoes, you can put it on a rack or tray, then use your oven to dry it up for about 3 to 5 hours.
After drying, grind to form a powder.
And your Homemade powdered tomatoes are ready.
