According to USA Today, a Class B felony conviction in Nevada results in a sentence of two to 20 years in jail.
Additionally, Henry is being prosecuted for “reckless driving,” which carries penalties ranging from one to six years in prison.
The NFL star’s Chevrolet reportedly collided with the rear of the Toyota carrying the victim.
VICTIM IN CAR CRASH IDENTIFIED
Review Journal has identified the woman killed in Henry’s car crash.
The victim was a 23-year-old woman named Tina Tintor. However, no other details regarding her personal life have been disclosed.
The police reportedly told the outlet that Tina died while pinned inside her car after “failed rescue efforts by several bystanders and first responders.”
LVMPD’s tweet stated, “Fire department personnel responded and located a deceased victim inside the Toyota. The preliminary investigation indicates the front of the Chevrolet collided with the rear of the Toyota.”
WHO ELSE WAS IN THE CAR WITH HENRY RUGGS?
His girlfriend, Rudy Washington, was also in the car with him.
Their relationship began in high school and they are now parents to a child.
“Serious” but not life-threatening injuries were inflicted on Rudy.
According to the officers that responded to the scene of the accident, Henry was found to be intoxicated.
