Demi Lovato took to her Instagram account on March 2nd to share with fans an insight into her new attitude surrounding her body image.
The star told fans that she had “actually lost weight” despite not “counting calories” or “over excersising.”

Demi Lovato shares weight loss photo on Instagram
On March 2nd, Demi Lovato shared a reel on her Instagram account. In the video she is filming herself in a bathroom mirror whilst wearing leggings and a crop top.
“Accidentally lost weight. I don’t count calories anymore. I don’t over exercise anymore. I don’t restrict or purge. And I especially I don’t live my life accordingly to the diet culture.. and I’ve actually lost weight.”
She continued: “This is a different experience. But I feel full. Not of food but of divine wisdom and cosmic guidance.”
Demi also added: “I’m full of peace, serenity, joy, and love today.”

Demi Lovato fans took to Twitter following Demi’s Instagram post where she discussed her weight loss to share their thoughts on the matter. While some people congratulated Demi for her new mindset, others pointed out how her post could have been triggering for people with eating disorders.
