The beautiful actress was born on November 3rd, 1986 in London and grew up in Blackheath, Greenwich, South East London together with her two sisters Chloe Lucy and Emma. She is of mixed ethnicity as her mother is Black (Jamaican) and her father is White (English).
At the age of 14, Antonia was born with thoroughbredname Antonia Laura Thomas, joined the National Youth Music Theater (NYMT). She later studied at the Bristol Old Vic Theater School, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in acting in 2009 and subsequently became a member of the National Youth Theatre.
Shortly after graduating from drama school in 2009, Antonia Thomas landed the lead role on the cult superhero comedy television show. Misfit to play Alesha Daniel, a delinquent teen who has the power to create insatiable desires in everyone she touches.

In 2014, she appeared as Angela in the British historical film Northern Soul , as Steinmann in The Hybrid, as a jazz singer in the mini-series Fleming Jazz, and as Ferrara in the episode “The Diva” of Transporter: The Series.
In 2014, Antonia Thomas also landed a second dream gig after Outsiders, in another British comedy sitcom entitled Lovesickness. On the show, which was made by the same production company behind Outsiders , she played the role of Evie, a close friend and ongoing love interest of Dylan.
The good doctor was her next big thing, but before that she acted in a few movies and TV shows like Survivors (2015), FirstBorn (2016), The Musketeers and Teletubbies.
Antonia Thomas was cast among the leads of medical drama ABC. The Good Doctor, in 2017. The show revolves around Dr. Shaun Murphy (played by Freddie Highmore), a young surgeon with autism and savant syndrome, and his colleagues at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital, which include Dr. Clare Browne, portrayed by Antonia Thomas.
Father (David Thomas)
Antonia’s father, David Thomas, is a popular early music/baroque singer who began singing as a young boy in the choir at St Paul’s Cathedral in London. He attended King’s School, Canterbury and later received a choral scholarship to study at King’s College, Cambridge.
He first became popular as a solo singer with some early music groups in England, including the Consort of Musicke and Christopher Hogwood’s Academy of Ancient Music, winning multiple awards for their amazing performances of works by popular composers.
David Thomas is currently Professor of Voice at Trinity College of Music in London.

The 5ft 1in tall actress would have become an artist if she hadn’t realized soon enough that she wasn’t really cut out for it. She completed an art course at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and then secured a place to study Fine Art Painting at Chelsea College of Art. However, according to her, she found that painting was great but the lonely life usually lived by artists was not for her.

Antony Thomas has revealed that she is an avid vintage clothing shopper. In fact, it’s their shopping weakness. According to her, she goes in search of the best vintage clothes in every city she visits and is happy to spend her money on such clothes because every beautiful piece you get is yours alone.
She also revealed that she particularly likes collecting 50’s cocktail dresses because they suit her curvy body very well. Her favorite sources include Blackout II in Covent Garden, London, Silverlake Flea, LA, California, Mintage and Hey Jude, both in Vancouver.
She could make a film about her mother
The beautiful actress has expressed her desire to take her mother Veronica’s story and turn it into a superwoman feature film. At the age of 11 her mother moved to Yorkshire, England from Jamaica and went through many difficulties as at that time (in the 1960s) the country was not really open to receiving people from other cultures.
However, Antonia’s mother was able to make a good living for herself, become an NHS nurse and work her way up the ladder of the system. She retired in 2018 as the director of psychology at St. Thomas’ Hospital.
