The release time for when the FIFA 22 Standard edition will come out on October 1st is near and fans can still get its pre-order bonuses.
Football lovers and purists can currently enjoy a 10-hour trial on EA Play or they can buy the Ultimate bundle. The Ultimate package costs £89.99 and is how lots of people are playing the full experience right now without any time restrictions.
However, if you’ve decided to go the cheaper route for obvious reasons, the good news is that your patience is set to be rewarded very soon.
What time does FIFA 22 come out?
The release date and time for when the FIFA 22 Standard edition will come out is 21:00 PT on September 30th, as well as 00:00 ET and 00:00 BST on October 1st.
All of the above hours are when you will be able to play the game if you have purchased the £59.99/£69.99 Standard bundle on either PlayStation or Xbox.
If you game on PC, you can enjoy the game entirely for free if you are subscribed to EA Play Pro. A subscription costs £19.99 per month or £89.99 every year, and it’s the best way to get FIFA 22 on PC as it’s the last-gen version meaning there’s no hypermotion gameplay.
Standard edition pre-order bonuses
You still have until the aforementioned release time to get the pre-order bonuses for the FIFA 22 Standard edition.
This package only gives you the game on PS4 or Xbox One, PS5 or Xbox Series X. You do not get the last and current-gen version of the game, and this means you will need to buy it again if you later upgrade to a PS5 or Xbox Series X console.
EA’s regular package comes with the below bonuses:
- TOTW 1 Player
- Kylian Mbappé Loan Item
- FUT Ambassador Loan Player Pick
- Career Mode Homegrown Talent
