You are evil if you are abroad and telling people not to come – Nigerian man

A Nigerian businessman has taken to social media to slam other Nigerians in diaspora who try to discourage people from traveling abroad.

It is no news that the rate of emigration in Nigeria continues to increase on a daily basis with different countries like Canada opening their doors for immigrant.

However, there are those who after migrating to other countries, advise Nigerians against it. For this set of people, Twitter user, Ikenna Ronald Nzimora, has some words.

He took to the platform to tag such people as evil and are actually capable of murder.

He wrote: “You are evil if you are abroad and telling people not to come, or dissuading people from seeking their own opportunities abroad also. In fact, evil does not begin to describe you. You can murder.”

Responding to another Twitter user who said she discourages people from traveling out illegally, he wrote: “Of course, I dissuade people from doing it illegitimately. But sitting pretty abroad and telling people not to come, because “it’s cold”, “it’s expensive”, “it’s lonely”, while you’re there is being really silly, and that’s putting it mildly.”
