Wizkid Issues Warning To Ugandan Police After Omah Lay And Tems’ Arrest

Wizkid has taken to social media to issue a warning to the Ugandan police to allow Omah Lay and Tems to come back to Nigeria safely as they are being charged to court.

Recall that Omah Lay and Tems were arrested on December 14 and detained by the Police in Uganda for violating the country’s COVID-19 laws.
This follows shortly after the celebrated singers held a sold-out concert in the East-African nation as Omah Lay confirmed their arrest in a post on social media and revealed that he was in police custody but now he and Tems have been sent to court, and they are treating them so badly as if they have killed someone as they are being sent to court in handcuffs.

The Uganda Police also took to their official Twitter page and confirmed their arrest. Many Nigerian celebrities have reacted, including Davido, Burna Boy, and now Wizkid.
Wizkid, in reaction to this, took to his official Twitter handle and issued a warning to the Ugandan police to release Omah Lay and Tems as soon as possible.
