Wicked people, congrats though – Singer Davido reacts to false reports of Mercy Johnson’s delivery

It appears all may not be well between popular Nigerian singer David Adeleke aka Davido and Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie.

Just recently, there were viral reports on social media that the movie star and her husband, Prince Odi Okojie, had welcomed their fourth child.

Among those who ignorantly shared the false news is actress, Eniola Badmus. The movie star had shared a photo of Mercy and her husband in a bid to congratulate them for the new addition to their family.

Upon laying sight on the post, Davido took to the comment section of Eniola’s page to congratulate the couple.

However, the strange thing about the singer’s congratulatory message is the fact that he tagged Mercy and her husband as ‘wicked people’.

A curious IG user who saw Davido’s comment asked the singer what the two did to him. Responding, the music star said they did not do anything. He, however, maintained that they are a wicked set of people.

Wothappen.com previously reported that Mercy Johnson’s husband came out to debunk rumors that his wife had welcomed their fourth child. According to him, it has not happened. He noted that when the actress puts to they, they will be sure to share the good news with well wishers.

In other news about Davido, Wothappen earlier reported that the singer seems to be making massive moves in spite of the coronavirus induced lockdown. The music star recently premiered the video for D &G, a song off his last album featuring American singer Summer Walker. Davido’s also got featured on CNN and disclosed that proceeds of the video will be donated towards combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
