Early Life
Pamela Elaine and Robert Ramsay Tebow II welcomed their son Timothy Richard Tebow into the world on August 14, 1987, in Manila, the Philippines.
Later, to work as a Baptist missionary in the Philippines, and his parents moved there.
Before being pregnant with him, his mother was ill with amoebic dysentery and subsequently went into a temporary coma.
Tim’s parents were encouraged to abort him, doctors, because his mother was taking powerful medicine.
They were concerned that the medications may harm the unborn kid, but his parents’ faith outweighed the medical advice.
They chose to proceed with the pregnancy, and Tim was born despite being underweight at the time of his delivery.
At the age of three, Tim’s parents moved to Jacksonville, Florida. He was educated at home because of his parents’ Christian convictions.
Tim feels that his dyslexia is a gift from the Almighty. Home-schooled children were permitted to partake in high school sports competitions after Florida law in 1996, allowing Time to try his hand at football.
After playing for many area high schools, he earned a scholarship to the University of Florida in 2006.
