Rihanna Gives Birth, Welcomes First Baby Boy With A$AP Rocky.
After the birth of her first child, Rihanna has a newfound appreciation for the art of love.
Several media sites have confirmed that her and rapper A$AP Rocky welcomed their first child together on May 13. In Los Angeles, the singer is said to have given birth to a newborn boy, according to reports.
Her pregnancy was finally confirmed in January, after months of keeping it a secret from the public.
At the time, Rihanna and A$AP were photographed strolling around the streets of New York City while the singer showed off her growing baby bump in a long pink coat and low-rise pants. The first of many trendy maternity outfits was the classic one.
A Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin event in February marked Rihanna’s first red-carpet appearance since she announced she was expecting her first child with husband Chris Brown. Justin Sylvester of E! interviewed the expectant mom and revealed that she had a difficult time keeping it quiet about the pregnancy news from her closest friends and family members at the time.
“It was harder for me to keep it from my posse, because they’re around me, they know my habits,” she said. “They’re like, ‘You don’t want something to drink? You’re not smoking?’ And I’m eating all the things I’m not used to eating. They know I hate sweets and I’m all of a sudden asking for cookies and donuts. But finally, I just had to let it all out, and they were all shocked, of course, as the world was shocked as well.”
The singer added that when she found out herself, it didn’t feel real at first.
“When I first found out, it’s not real, you know? I was like, ‘This is not for real, right?'” she said. “And then, it was and it’s almost like you don’t want to get too excited too soon because it’s great news, but you…want to see that it’s going to see its way through. And I’m so glad that we’re this far along and now I can celebrate with everyone.”
Rihanna and A$love AP’s journey has gone through numerous stages, from celebrating love to having a kid on the brain.
When they were seen out together in New York City in December 2020, romance speculations began to swirl around the two, who had been friends and collaborators for some time. According to an insider who spoke to E! News only at the time, the couple’s relationship was platonic.

In an interview with the magazine, he said, “I think I’d be an absolutely, incredibly, all-around fantastic dad.” “If I were pregnant, I would have a child who would be an absolute flying machine. Very.”
In an interview with GQ, A$AP Rocky said that being in a relationship was “so much better” than before.
“She’s probably a million times more important than the rest of them. My belief is that once you know, you know. She’s the only one for the job.” Fast forward to the present day, and his “one” has become a family of three.
