When Roger Rodas’ 2005 Porsche Carrera GT collided with his car in 2013, he was killed instantly. Walker, a passenger in the vehicle, died as a result of his injuries sustained in the collision with the pole and the ensuing fire. Rodas succumbed to his injuries as well and passed away as a result.
In 2015, Meadow Walker, Walker’s daughter, filed a wrongful death complaint against Porsche.
