More wahala for Oshiomhole as APC rejects court’s reversal of his suspension

The battle for the removal of Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is far from being over as the national vice-chairman northeast of the party, Salihu Mustapha, declared that only the Court of Appeal could reinstate him despite the judgement of the Federal High Court that reversed his suspension.
Nigerian Tribune reports he stated this while reacting to order by Justice Lewis Allagoa of the Federal High Court, Kano which set aside the earlier judgement of Justice Danlami Senchi which asked Oshiomhole to vacate his seat.

Wothappen.com gathered that Mustapha insisted that the order could only be vacated by the Court of Appeal, adding that both Abuja and Kano high court are courts of the same coordinate.
