Manchester United officially confirm all 11 released players this summer

At this point in Erik ten Hag’s club-wide rebuilding process, Manchester United have confirmed the departure of 11 players.

Among those who have departed the first team since Ten Hag took charge are Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba and Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard and Nemanja Matic, and Lee Grant.

This has led to United searching for two midfielders.

De Jong is a target for Ten Hag and the transfer is becoming more plausible by the day.

The player-coach Paul McShane has decided to hang up his boots after assisting Manchester United’s Under-23s team last season.

It is expected that he will resume his coaching duties in the club’s Professional Development Phase in the near future.

Goalkeeper Paul Wooston, then just 23, announced his retirement from the game in March. Throughout his career, United will be in touch with him.

There will be five academy players leaving the club at the end of their contracts.

Connor Stanley, D’Mani Mellor, and Reece Devine all found new teams thanks to United’s support.

Dylan Levitt’s contract was extended by Dundee United after he impressed while on loan at the club last season.

Despite the fact that he has been handed a new contract, it is likely that Martin Svidersky will also be leaving the club.
