Jennifer Lopez has turned her Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok profile pictures black, and fans think it’s because the songstress is coming out with a new project.
JLo is arguably the queen of pop. The 53-year-old has made a name for herself as a talented singer, a skilful dancer, and an adept actress.
Not only has she given her fans electrifying tracks like On The Floor, Ain’t Your Mama and Love Don’t Cost A Thing, she has also wowed them with her acting in films like Marry Me, The Boy Next Door and The Wedding Planner.
Now, fans think the Grammy winner is brewing a new project.

On Wednesday, November 23, fans began noticing that Jennifer’s Instagram profile picture had turned black.
Her older posts from the account have also disappeared, but the bio still has a link to her newsletter – onthejlo.com.
Soon, fans began pointing out that her Twitter profile picture was black too, although her posts and retweets on there are intact. At the time of writing, JLo’s TikTok profile picture has also turned black, but just like Twitter, her TikToks are all on there.
Jennifer’s Facebook page has also been updated with a profile picture and cover photo with her name written in cursive font.
Her website, jenniferlopez.com is also cleaned up of previous posts.

FANS THINK THE SINGER WILL ANNOUNCE A NEW PROJECT SOON
As soon as fans saw JLo’s social media profiles turning black, many began speculating that she is set to announce a new project.
Soon #JLoiscoming began trending on Twitter.
“This Friday! Album or single announcement! Yay! This is me … forever is coming!” one fan wrote.
“@JLo Twitter and IG have been blacked out! I AM SO READY…but also not at all emotionally prepared,” a second fan wrote with the hashtag JLoiscoming.
“Can’t control me,” wrote another with the same hashtag.
JLO’S PRODUCTION COMPANY SIGNED A MULTI-YEAR DEAL WITH NETFLIX
While JLo’s fans are speculating about the meaning of her black profile picture, the actress is making headway with her production company, Nuyorican Productions.
Deadline reports, in June 2021, Nuyorican Productions signed a multi-year first-look deal with Netflix.
The deal includes feature films, TV series, and unscripted content. The projects emphasize diverse female actors, writers, and filmmakers.
