Terry Francona married Jacque Lang on January 9, 1982.
Lang is a very private person. She was born in 1959 and she is of American descent.
The 1982 was the first offseason following Francona’s rookie year with the Montreal Expos.
The fact the couple made it through the minors and Lang still wanted to marry him says a lot about their relationship.
Lang has given birth to four children, son Nicholas, and daughters Alyssa, Leah, and Jamie. Baseball runs in the family blood.
While living in Brookline, Lang was very active in the community. The entire Francona family supported various charities.
They most notably hosted a gala called “Believing in Brookline Kids”. This event helped fund the Brookline Community Mental Health Center Kids’ Fund.
Terry’s father is a former major leaguer himself. Nicholas played through college and some Cape Cod League ball.
Two of their daughters played softball for UNC. Until the Red Sox blundered by firing Tito, he and Jacque lived in Brookline, MA.
