Noted actress Iyabo Ojo is advocating for justice for the late artist, Mohbad. 

Recently, she posted a powerful video on social media, portraying Mohbad’s struggles.

The video also featured Mohbad’s final request, which evoked considerable response online. 

Well-known Nigerian actress, Iyabo Ojo, diligently fulfilled the final request of the late musical artist, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad, through a social media post. 

It’s important to remember that the 27-year-old music artist tragically passed away on September 12, 2023. This event saddened many Nigerians and initiated a quest for justice led by a number of individuals, including Iyabo Ojo.

Utilizing her Instagram platform, Iyabo Ojo shared that she and Mohbad planned to create a TikTok video together upon their return to Nigeria, when they were both in the UK. 

Renowned TikTok influencer Ojo, chose to fulfill the late singer’s wish by making a dedication video. 

The film actress portrayed Mohbad in the video, giving viewers a glimpse of his personal tribulations. The late singer’s experiences, such as his time as a carpenter and his foray into music, were reflected in parts of the video. 

In the video’s caption, Iyabo Ojo stated:

“Imole, your last wish from me in the uk was to make a tiktok video with you once i returned back to Nigeria, but unfortunately, i never knew it would be my tribute to you……….. No matter the distraction, i will never back down until #justiceisserved .”
