The lawsuit against Rudy claims that the former lawyer hired Noelle Dunphy in 2019. It says the Republican “worked aggressively to hire Ms. Dunphy,” and offered her a whopping salary of $1 million per year with expenses.

The politician’s former associate alleged that Rudy wanted to pursue a “sexual relationship with Ms. Dunphy—in total disregard for the restraints that should have protected her as his employee and client.”

The lawsuit makes wild claims about the politician such as alleging that he “took Viagra constantly.” Another claim says he “went on alcohol-drenched rants that included sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks which made the work environment unbearable.”

CBS News reports that Rudy’s representative said that he “categorically denies all of the allegations of this frivolous complaint.” The statement also says “he will pursue all available remedies and counterclaims.”

In another statement to ABC New York station WABC, the politician’s spokesperson said, “This is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion.”
