After Wizkid dethroned him at the top of the charts with his song Super Gremlin, Kodak Black has asked him to join forces with him so that they can control the charts together.
With his song “essence” featuring Tems, the American rapper managed to dethrone Wizkid, who had been at the top for an incredible 27 weeks.
“After six months, Kodak Black’s “Super Gremlin” ends Wizkid’s “Essence” radio dominance,” Billboard reported on its official page. The song has been undisturbed at the top for 27 weeks, according to a fan page for the Nigerian singer.
In response, Kodak Black, whose song “Too Many Years” is one of my all-time favorites, informed the page’s management not to worry because he plans to collaborate with Wizkid to make a song that would top the charts, putting them both at the top.
“It’s ok brudda, we just gotta do our sumn & go up dea together,” he wrote.
