Chelsea Noble was born Nancy Mueller on December 4, 1964 in Cheektowaga, New York. Irene and Fred Mueller’s daughter has one sibling, an older brother named David.
For her high school education, Chelsea Noble studied at Maryvale High School and continued her studies at State University, New York College at Geneseo from 1983 to 1987. During her studies, she was a member of the local Phi Kappa Pi (Alpha Clionian) fraternity and also a part of the school’s women’s soccer team.
