Chelsea have signed Italian wonderkid, Cesare Casadei, on a six-year contract from Serie A side Inter Milan.
The deal is around £12.6m (€15m) plus £4.2m (€5m) in add-ons., according to transfer market expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Cesare Casadei is dubbed the ‘new Frank Lampard‘ with his ability to score goals from midfield.
He was born in 2003 and has not made a senior appearance for Inter.
Casadei follows Carney Chukwuemeka, Omari Hutchinson, and Gabriel Slonina as the latest Blues player.
Chelsea have spent a league-topping £176.5m on new signings this summer, primarily on three first-team signings: Marc Cucurella (£63m), Raheem Sterling (£47.5m) and Kalidou Koulibaly (£34m).
