CAMILA CABELLO FANS PRAISE HER AS SHE MAKES FUN OF HOW SHE PRONOUNCES CHRISTMAS

Camila Cabello has made fun of herself pronouncing the word Christmas after fans were in stitches over her saying the word like ‘Quismois’.
The singer hilariously made a TikTok video reacting to how social media users were in a frenzy of her singing a festive classic last year.
In the new video on Monday, the Havana hitmaker couldn’t help but get in on the fun – and listeners praised her for being able to take a joke.
The 25-year-old was pretending to be herself and an acting coach in the small skit, as Camila Cabello addressed how she pronounced Christmas as ‘Quismois’.
CAMILA CABELLO’S HILARIOUS RESPONSE TO CHRISTMAS ‘QUISMOIS’
In the TikTok clip, the Fifth Harmony singer pretended to be a vocal coach in one shot, and then played herself in another.
As the coach, she says: “OK, so we’re just going to practice some phrasing, so repeat after me.”
Camila Cabello then tries to sing the lyrics and says, “I’ll be home for Quismois”.
Clearly not working out, the ‘coach’ tries several more times, before giving up entirely. Defeated, the ‘coach’ smiles and lies, “It’s gonna be great”.
Camila Cabello captioned the video: “Me before recording my version of I’ll be home for Christmas (Quismois).”
FANS HAIL HER THE ‘PRINCESS OF QUISMOIS’
Another said: “OMG she’s aware haha.”
A third wrote: “Love when celebrities respond/add to a meme of themselves.”
And a fourth couldn’t help but say: “I love you so much Quismois Queen”.
After just 24 hours, the post has been liked more than 1.6 million times and has almost 24,000 shares and 13,000 comments.
The iconic clip of her saying ‘Quismois’ comes from her PBS performance of “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” at the White House last year. The Grammy nominee’s pronunciation went viral in 2021, and it’s resurfaced again as a meme on TikTok.
Other users online also changed it further to ‘quiz mice’ to push it further than ‘quismois’, and some went as far to say she sings in ‘cursive’.
But for Camila, she’s in on the joke, as she’s dropped her version of the track on all streaming services and jumping on the hype before December 25.
“I recorded this mariachi cover of my favorite Christmas song last year on @amazonmusic,” she penned on Instagram earlier this month. “It’s out on all platforms now, and I’m still super proud of it. Enjoy.”
