His wife, Amarachi Kanu Nwankwo is a fitness expert and also a first degree holder in architecture and a master’s degree holder in Entrepreneurial Management from European Business School, London. Amarachi Kanu Nwankwo got married to the former Nigerian footballer at a very young age of 18. Their marriage took place in 2004 in Owerri, Imo state. (Source – pulse.ng).

Her marriage to thee former football star is blessed with three kids, Sean Onyekachi Kanu, Iyang Chukwudi Kanu and Pinky Amarachi Kanu( Two boys and a girl). That’s a perfect combination if you would ask me.
